The weather forecast in Rome for March 31st and April 1st 2022
The days of bad weather continue in Rome and Lazio. The weather alert announced by civil protection two days ago has been extended for the next 24 hours. The regional functional center has in fact announced that the regional civil protection department issued the warning of adverse weather conditions today indicating that from today’s afternoon, Thursday 31 March 2022, and for the following 24 hours, the following are expected in Lazio: Scattered rainfall, including downpours, especially in the eastern and southern sectors of the region”.
The regional functional center carried out the assessment of the “alert/criticality levels and therefore forwarded a bulletin with yellow alert for hydrogeological criticality on the Rieti Apennines, Rome, Aniene basins, southern coastal basins and the Liri basin”, we read in a note.
The permanent operations room of the Lazio region has therefore issued “the alert of the regional civil protection system and invited all the structures to adopt all the requirements of their competence. Finally, we remind you that for any emergency the population can refer to the municipal structures of Civil Protection to which the regional operations room will guarantee constant support”.
